This house was constructed on a 350m2 block, and it was imperative to the clients that we could maximize the outdoor living space, so we designed the house with an undercroft garage area to allow more room the first floor which gave us more space to the alfresco and pool area. We also installed a luxury elevator for convenience with shopping and other items when arriving form the ground floor garage.

Claremont Home

Set on a 450m2 block, this build incaptulated some tradional design elements with sophisticated contemporay feel. It has a warm and elegant finish.
